All thanks to valerie and qiuang for helping me in creating this blog..
i woke up around at 10 plus in th morning.
i was darn tired due to th trainin yesterday..
had to throw a 1KG MEDICINE BALL for 100 times..my god !!
anyway back to th topic..i was busy this morning for findin th blog skins..
